On September 25, 2025, Sacramento-based songwriter
Geoffrey Miller released his third solo album,
a neon-lit, neo-roots honky-tonk country record titled
Everything That Sparkles.
The title track sets the tone with a tongue-in-cheek celebration of honky-tonk
life laid over a danceable upbeat shuffle. From there, the album unfolds into
a smoke-laden, neon-soaked journey of heartbreak stories, whiskey-bottle
fortune-telling, love as a gamble, and the never-ending pull of the road.
About the Album
Recorded true to his Sacramento roots at the legendary Pus Cavern
Recording Studio with engineer Joe Johnston, the
album was produced by Americana country maestro Max Hart.
It features a lineup of standout musicians whose collective performance
brings depth, authenticity, and soul to every track.
Featuring Performances By
Max Hart — steel guitar & piano
Travis Toy — steel guitar
Bill Bergren — steel guitar
Matt Combs — fiddle
Joe Craven — fiddle
Ian Worley — bass
Jim Frink — drums
Mark Eagleton (The Bottom Dwellers) — bass

Everything That Sparkles is available on
12” vinyl and all your favorite streaming platforms.
The first single — also titled “Everything That Sparkles” — dropped
for streaming on June 26, 2025.
This is modern honky-tonk with old-soul swagger — music made for
neon lights, scuffed dance floors, and stories that stick with you
long after the last note fades.
Make a night of it: dinner first in the Marquee Club, then the show next door, straight through the connecting doors and never outside. Reserve a table
