Privacy Policy

The Empress Theatre recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information about its subscribers and visitors. We do not collect personally identifying information about individuals, except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals, such as direct sign-up on our mailing list or donor forms.

Our web servers automatically collect information about which pages each user visits and the domain name of visitors. This information is used for traffic audits only.

Information about members, subscribers, donors, and visitors to our web site is never sold. We never sell, rent, share or disclose email addresses with any other organization.  However, we may occasionally exchange our list of postal mailing addresses with other affiliated non-profit performing arts organizations in the Bay Area.
